Buenos Aires?

I'm coming to Buenos Aires next week. I know it's a winter time in there, so how do people dress at this time of year in Buenos Aires? Does anyone wear short-sleevs (isn't it too cold) during the daytime, should I bring my shorts too, or should I bring more warm clothes instead?

Buenos Aires, right now is winter, probably ending winter, but still winter, you have to have winter clothing, and forget about shorts,short sleevs, etc etc I was there and it was cold, so bring winter clothes, you may buy there, are nice and not so spensive for the quality... leather articles are nice...
2. Stick to warm clothes!

4. You'll have an amazing time there! You can buy lots of winter clothes there. Might have some sales (rebajas) on as winter is ending. Calle Florida (Florida street) good for clothes. Warm clothes aplenty.
