How much to bring for 4 days in Bangkok?

I am going to Bangkok around Christimas this year. Can anyone advice how much should I bring for basic expenditure such as food and transport? Exclude flight and hotel.

3. no one can tell you,thy can tell you how much this is and that is but not how much you would spend. i traveled thailand, malaysia,laos on £700 for 6 months. i sat with a man in pataya he had spent £4000 in 10 days ring the bell all the time(you buy every one at the bar a drink) and throwing money in the air for the girl to run round after,he was hoping to stay a long time.wat do thy say a fool and his money.BILL
